saw this in a sales community somewhere.
rather funnie for it to be posted there.. but..
Sisterhood in order for women equalityhow many times can you count the times men that didnt know each other, were friends, or even disagreed said "bro" or "man" with the outmost respect.
shaking hands, its clear they have an unspoken bond, as fellow males.
This is brotherhood. this is everywhere. "bros before hos" ...ugh but you get what i mean.
We as women, lack serious sisterhood. I think it would help curb the "feminist backlash" going on. many girls i know "hate" other girls.
they find girls "bitchy" and "shallow". they see girls and they do not feel any connection to them as fellow women.
many of this is because of the competitive spirit that is glorified in the media between girls. movies such as "mean girls" and basically any movie with girls show this.
girls fighting over boys, trying to look hotter, and so on. This is because the media portrays that women to be powerful should be beautiful.
think about it, whos in the magazines, "gourgous skinny women" It's almost like saying " hey girls, this is what you should strive to be, this is your goal. dont let any bitch get in your way."
